Hi, I’m Estefany — the founder of Lunar Wreath Wellness and a holistic esthetician, wellness coach, and breathwork guide. Lunar Wreath was born from my own journey — one that’s been shaped by beauty, burnout, deep anxiety, and ultimately, radical healing.

For much of my life, I struggled silently with depression and anxiety. On the outside, I could hold it together — working hard, caring for others, keeping things moving. But inside, I often felt overwhelmed, numb, or completely disconnected from my body. I spent years searching for relief, trying everything from therapy to strict diets to wellness trends that never quite landed. What I really needed was safety, softness, and the space to reconnect with myself.

That’s when everything changed. I began exploring more holistic ways to heal — slow, intuitive practices like skin rituals, breathwork, plant medicine, nervous system education, and sound healing. These weren’t quick fixes. They were invitations. Invitations to return to my body. To come home to myself. To feel. To rest. To believe in beauty and wholeness again.

I realized that skincare wasn’t just about products — it was a gateway to deeper healing. Touch became medicine. Stillness became strength. And my own scars — both physical and emotional — became proof of my resilience.

A sanctuary for women who are tired of feeling unwell, unseen, or stuck in survival mode.
