Hi, I’m Estefany — the founder of Lunar Wreath Wellness in West Palm Beach, Florida, and a holistic esthetician, wellness coach, and breathwork guide.

Lunar Wreath was born from my own healing journey. For much of my life, I struggled quietly with anxiety and depression — holding things together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed and disconnected on the inside. I tried everything, searching for something that would finally make me feel whole. What I truly needed was softness, safety, and a way back to myself.

That’s when I discovered the profound power of holistic healing. Not as a trend, but as a way of life. Through slow, intuitive practices — breathwork, sound healing, skin rituals, plant medicine, and nervous system support — I began to genuinely come home to my body. I learned that true wellness isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about returning to yourself.

I believe holistic healing works because it honors the whole person — your skin, your nervous system, your emotions, and your spirit. When we slow down and listen to the body with compassion rather than criticism, real transformation becomes possible. That’s the heart behind everything I do at Lunar Wreath.
